 James Boyle is a certified empowerment coach and founder of Higher Potentials. He works with key nonprofit professionals using unique, whole brain strategic concepts to breakthrough performance challenges and to broaden the role of leadership in organizations. Prior to the launch of Higher Potentials, James worked as a fundraiser with nonprofit organizations for more than 12 years. His experience in the nonprofit sector ranges from human services, to international relief, to public television where he created high performance teams and effectively defined the multi-level skills necessary for success. In addition to being a certified coach, James received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Montclair State University and a Masters of Public Administration/Nonprofit Management from Seton Hall University. The combination of his training and experience has created fantastic and exceptional opportunities for his clients as they institute a culture of empowered, inspired and motivated leaders. He lives in West Orange, New Jersey with wife and son. |
