Coaching for individuals

At the individual level, Leadership Coaching is a one-on-one experience using a unique whole brain approach to help you breakthrough challenge you face as a leader.

Individual Leadership Coaching provides you with an experience that is far superior to training seminars.  Unlike seminars that leave you alone at the end to implement change, a coach works with you for as long as necessary; for as long as you want the partnership to continue. 

There is no "one size fits all" formula so each program is tailored to the individual needs of the client.  As a result, time spent with your coach is more efficient.

In fact many clients not only improve their leadership skills, they also free themselves to be more passionate and motivated about work, life and their place in the world.

Silver Package

• 4 thirty minute private coaching sessions per month;
• Ulimited email coaching in between sessions.

Gold Package

• Four (4) 30 minute private coaching sessions per month;
• Ulimited email coaching in between sessions;
• One (1) scheduled additional 10 minute call per week for inspiration or motivation.

Platinum Package

• Four (4) 30 minutes private coaching sessions per month;
• Ulimited email coaching in between sessions;
• One (1) scheduled additional call per day for 10 minutes for inspiration or motivation.

Coaching for groups and teams

Teams and groups bring a slightly different dynamic to the leadership coaching forum.  It is common to find teams in organizations where they are assembled with a specific mssion: to accomplish a defined task or project as one.

When you examine the team, you discover it is made up of individuals who bring with them their own ideas, thoughts, attitudes and experience about how things should get done.  This can easily result in inward and outward conflicts that hamper success.  

A Leadership Coach works with teams as a whole and as individuals to overcome the challenges of working together.  From facilitating group conversations to uncover hidden concerns to helping players feel comfortable allowing others to be themselves, the aim is to overcome dysfunction and have a team that leads as one.
